In 1989, Diversified Project Management was founded in Boston, MA to provide project programming, construction administration, facilities management, and move coordination to tenants, owners, and a variety of client institutions. Since that time we have added two offices in Connecticut—Hartford in 1996, and Stamford in 2007, and a fourth in Providence in 2012—to support our growing client base. Today we are one of New England’s largest and most respected Owner's Representative Project Management firms, leading projects locally and nationally. We have worked with hundreds of clients totaling millions of square feet of space in virtually every type of business. Specific industry segments include Academic, Corporate, Healthcare, High-Tech & R&D, Industrial, Lab & Life Sciences, Municipal, Non-profit, Retail & Hospitality, and Technology Solutions.
Our team, comprised of full-time project executives and managers, comes from a variety of backgrounds including general contracting, development, architecture, engineering, design, furniture, relocation, facilities management, and CAD/CAFM. Drawing from this extensive experience, we work together to help our clients reduce risk, stay on schedule, and manage costs.
