We are excited to announce that DPM is now STV|DPM!

This union provides DPM with access to a national client base, and will enable us to deliver even more value to our existing clients while expanding opportunities the entire staff.  In addition, DPM's skills and expertise advance STV’s strategic goal to deepen its 35-year commitment in New England, while enhancing its existing service lines, specifically with FF&E and Move Management services. 

STV and DPM both share the same values of serving its employees and clients first. This is best illustrated by the fact that STV and DPM recently celebrated their 100th and 25th anniversaries, achievements that are a testament to the dedication and loyalty of our respective staff and clients.

Kris Anderson and Alev Durmus-Pedini Join Newton Staff

Project Manager Kris Anderson has returned to DPM’s Newton office.  Kris possesses in-depth expertise in the fields of facilities planning, construction management, preventative maintenance, relocation management, FF&E, and space planning in the academic and healthcare industry segments.  Her prior experience includes six years of onsite project support at Harvard Business School on behalf of DPM as well as six years of experience working as an Assistant Project Manager for general contractors in Bensalem, PA; Wilmington, DE; and Winchester, MA.  Kris is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology, where she earned her A.S. in Interior Design and her B.S. in Facilities Management.   

Alev Durmus-Pedini has also joined DPM’s Newton office as Project Manager.  Alev is an experienced construction and facilities project management professional with an extensive background in architecture and sustainable building practices.  Her past experience includes roles as internal project manager at HSBC Bank and Demirbank, managing retail and office space design and renovations in her native Turkey.  Prior to joining DPM, she worked for CBRE in the Boston area managing rebranding initiatives and branch renovations for Santander Bank. Alev is a LEED Green Associate and possesses a bachelor’s degree in Architecture as well as a master’s degree in Project and Construction Management.

As part of their phase 1 move plan, AspenTech relocated its headquarters from 75,000 SF of space on Wheeler Road in Burlington to 105,487 SF of space across buildings 20 and 28 on Crosby Drive in Bedford, MA.

DPM Completes Relocations within Harvard H. Ellis Technical High School

DPM has completed its engagement for providing comprehensive relocation management services for the Harvard H. Ellis Technical High School in Danielson, CT.  DPM managed the procurement of the school’s new furniture, fixtures and equipment, and provided exclusive relocation management services to the district, through a consultancy agreement with the project’s architect, The S/L/A/M Collaborative.

DPM Awarded Owner’s Project Management Contract for the New Sandy Hook Elementary School
