After a short delay, the remaining six weeks of the project were spent completing work that was previously scheduled to take three months. Diversified was retained to provide construction and relocation management services
for Aviva’s 107,000 square foot relocation to Batterymarch Park III in Quincy, MA. Diversified coordinated the bidding and selection process for all vendors
including the architect, general contractor and mover. The office and datacenter relocation invlolved 400 employees.
