Diversified provided construction administration and relocation management for NESN’s move from their 12,500 square foot headquarters at 70 Brookline Avenue in Boston to a 41,000 squarefoot state of the art facility at 480 Arsenal Street in Watertown, located within the Arsenal on the Charles. The new facility has two complete high definition (HD) studios, control rooms and a digital core infrastructure that would allow for future technology enhancements.
