Acme Packet initially relocated from their single floor office space in Woburn to a new, two-story, state of the art building in Burlington, where they nearly doubled in size to 43,061 square feet of space.
DPM has since been retained to provide full project management services including lease review, property due diligence, construction administration, FF&E coordination and move planning for Acme’s new 123,000 square foot campus located at 100 Crosby Drive in Bedford.
