 Gen Re Stamford Headquarters DPM coordinated the move and relocation of approximately 600
employees within the Gen Re premises. In addition, DPM
provided project management services for the construction of the new Reprographics Department, the Human Resources department and miscellaneous other interior improvements. Diversified's general project administration services included pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, bidding & negotiation, team selection, team coordination (including interface with internal Gen Re support services, i.e. records management, I.T./ telecommunication, Help Desk, etc.), team communications, and ensuring a complete audit and record of project documentation and obligations.
