The project derived from the acquisition of both Viisage & Digimarc by L-1 Identity Solutions. The new office space is a consolidation of both locations. The scope of services included the phased construction of 90,892 RSF (including a 1200 RSF data center with central UPS tied to 3 IDFs), complete FF&E & move/restack of all employees at both locations.
