DPM provided pre-construction, construction administration, FF&E coordination, liquidation of old office furniture & supplies as well as relocation management services. GBREB now occupies the Mezzanine floor at One Center Plaza, which is part of the 1-2-3 Center Plaza building. Centrally located, the building is on Cambridge Street in Government Center. The property overlooks City Hall Plaza and is minutes from all four of the city's subway lines. The nine-story buildings consist of 650,400 square feet of office space.
