Our project entailed several months of planning and implementation until an unexpected change of strategy occurred halfway through. After a short delay, the remaining six weeks of the project were spent completing work that was previously scheduled to take three months. Diversified made a job that appeared impossible seem effortless.

Trump's new building includes a
Fulfillment Center and an upscale office and meeting space. The company's multipurpose room can house hundreds of people.

The project consisted of three moves along with the coordination of a shredding project and the DPM team completed the project on time and under budget with
no downtime for the Call Center.
