Roger N. Saleeby III, Vice President of Operations, Hartford. Roger is an accomplished professional with 12-years comprehensive experience in commercial and corporate real estate development. He has successfully managed projects regionally, nationally and internationally on behalf of corporations and other client organizations. Prior to joining DPM, Roger was the Vice President of Construction for Emigrant Bank in New York, NY, where his responsibilities included all strategic real estate planning and construction project management for Bank owned corporate offices, retail branches and affiliated investment institutions. From 1998 to 2005, he served as the Director of Asset Services for Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., where he was responsible for all project and development consulting in the greater metro NY area. Roger chaired the C&W Project Management Advisory Board, providing global policy recommendations and strategic planning initiatives and was named the 2001 Project Management Professional of the Year.

Frank Kennedy, Project Executive, Boston. Frank Kennedy has joined DPM’s Boston office as Project Executive and will manage its public, healthcare and education project segments. Prior to joining DPM, Frank served as Vice President for RF Walsh Project Management, Inc., where he served as Project Executive for the Massachusetts General Hospital and North Shore Medical Center’s new, $140 million, 200,000 square-foot Center for Outpatient Care in Danvers, MA; the campus-wide implementation study for UMass Boston; the new, $90 million Natick High School, as well as $90 million of other public school projects for the City of Revere and the Town of Middleton.

Frank is a graduate of the University of Dayton where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He earned his MBA from the University of Toledo and has studied Architecture and Design at Harvard University. Frank serves on the Town of Belmont Capital Projects Overview Committee, holds his Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Official (MCPPO) designation and is a member of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).

Nancy Hanright, Project Manager, Boston. Nancy Hanright joins DPM’s Boston office as Project Manager. She has over nineteen years of experience in planning and project management and her expertise includes design services and medical equipment planning. Prior to joining Diversified, Nancy held Project Management positions at Massachusetts Eye & Ear, Harvard Vanguard and New England Financial/Met Life. She is a graduate of Emmanuel College where she earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Nancy will be joining our team out at the UMass Memorial Medical Center.

Tyler Abrams, Assistant Project Manager, Boston. Tyler Abrams joins DPM’s Boston office as Assistant Project Manager. Prior to joining DPM, Tyler served as Crew Leader for the Student Conservation Association in Boston and Arlington, VA, where he led construction and maintenance efforts on park trails with student conservation crews. He also served as an intern at Treacy & Eagleburger Architects in Washington, D.C. where he gained valuable experience designing contextual renovations to historic residences in Metropolitan D.C. area. Tyler earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and his Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional.
