Computer Aided Facilities Management Software
Diversified was an early proponent of Computer Aided Facility Management
(CAFM) and has used CAFM solutions since 1996. We use CAFM to assist our
clients with the management of space, assets, human resources, tenant and
lease information. The system will read all standard CAD files and HR
databases and builds a relationship between space, people and assets.
We are able to create space management reports, color-coded floor plans,
and blocking and stacking diagrams.
We have partnered with Centerstone Software to use their Applied FMS and
e-Center One web based applications and have set up solutions with several
of our clients including AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, Staples, Tufts Health
Plans, Pioneer Investments, Comverse Network Systems, Ezenia! and others.
We provide support services to our clients including field verification,
data entry, CAD file translation and field support. In addition, our staff
has experience with most of the major CAFM solutions including Aperture and
Archibus and can support clients who use those systems as well.
